Princess and the flirt (Shunsui x Reader) Part 1

A room at the shinigami academy was lively as it could be as approximate of fifty students where in their seats waiting for the teacher to to teach them the lesson for that day. 

However, the class were talking about more about a certain person recently joining their class. 

A last minute addition that was causing a stir among students and teachers alike. 

For good reason. 

The founders grand-daughter was now studying among them, eager to become a soul reaper. 

(Name) hears conversations of most of the class talking about her being here, she decided to keep to herself and wait for this teacher to hurry up and teach the lesson. 

"Hello." 

(Name) jumps slightly as the seat that was once vacant beside her now occupied with the body of a young man with wavy brown hair, with matching brown eyes, a mischevious smile graced his handsome features, his facial cheek rested on his palm. 

"...Hi." 

(Name) blushed slightly as this man just came out nowhere, now sitting beside her and smiling at her. 

"My name is Kyoraku Shunsui, what's yours?"

"(Name) Yamamato." 

(Name) replied back to the friendly teenager, to which he smiles a little more at her now causing her heart to skip a beat. 

"That's a beautiful name. What's your reasoning for wanting to join the gotei 13?"

"I want to join-" 

Unfortunately (Name) answer was interupted by the teacher finally showing up and already giving orders. It was obvious that (Name) was taking this seriously, shunsui was not; as he now had bored expression on his face. 

(Name) looks at Shunsui and to her surprise who wasn't paying attention to the teacher instead he was napping. 


Class ends (Name) is heading off to her next class only to have Kyoraku follow her and continuing finding out what he can about her. 

"What's your favorite color my dear (Name)?" 

"...What's yours Kyoraku?" 

(Name) teases the young man who was obviously flirting with her, shunsui hums as he thinks of his favorite color only to reply back with a different answer. 

"Whatever your favorite color is my sweet (Name)!" 

Shunsui grins with joy as (Name) blushes from the sight of his handsome grin, his teeth perfectly aligned gave (Name)'s heart a little rush. 

"What if my favorite color is pink?!"

"I like pink now." 

(Name) chuckles at Shunsui's answer as the two had their next class together, Shunsui and (Name) talked to one another for almost half of the second class. The teacher for kido announces that everyone could take a small break before they get into the kido spells of things. 

Of course everyone talked to another about everything, from the class to what squad they wanted join. 

Shunsui of course was being "friendly" with (Name), although (Name) was teasing Shunsui just the same. That is until two males from behind them were at their desks and were not shy about their conversation. 

"Look at this man. The grand-daughter of Genyrusai has graced us with her presence." 

"This isn't fair, all she probably just has to do is show up to class and she graduates." 

The two males behind (Name) and Shunsui made their thoughts known, but this didn't go unnoticed as (Name) replied back to the male students. 

"I may be the grand-daughter of Genyrusai, but i'm still going to work hard to graduate." 

"Pssh, yeah right. I bet you're spoiled rich kid who doesn't even know what-Hey!" 

The young teenager who was berating (Name) was surprised as (Name) was now paying attention to Shunsui instead, Shunsui continued his flirting and teasing with (Name) as (Name) did the same making the two students pout. 


However, the two students weren't completely wrong in their statements. 


"Eh?!" 

"Pipe down, (Name). I, Genryusai Yamamoto will be taking over all your studies. As well as Kyoraku and Ukitake." 

The class that was empty that could usually hold a large number of students had only three students and Yamamoto. (Name) was still stunned that her grandfather had already meet Kyoraku, as a matter of fact he is the one who put Kyoraku in the shinigami academy. 

"So this means we get to train together? what a joy right my sweet (Name)?" 

Kyoraku asks as he bear hugs (Name) making her face go blue from such a tight hug, Ukitake tried to warn Kyoraku however his warning fell on deaf ears. 

However after a punch to the back of the head from a protective grandfather Kyoraku quits his bear hug to tend to his aching head now. 

"Training will be severe and strict. No time for goofing off." 

Yamamoto stated to the three, however it was mainly for Kyoraku. 

The next few years were going to be truly something else.
