Musical Love (Law x Reader x Ace) AU Pt.6

A sudden vibration of (name)'s phone  was felt in her pocket as she quickly answered it as the show progressed.

"Hello? Yes this is she. Law? Are you a family member? Oh you're his mother. He's on-sure if it's an emergency."

(Name) quickly gave the T.V. Crew a signal to cut the show short for now.

"And we'll be right back, ladies and gentlemen."

Rukia said as the TV crew cut off cameras.

"What's going on we still had seven minutes left."

"(Name) said to cut it short ma'am."

Rukia sighed and walked over to (name) with a not so pleased look, she still had much questioning to do with her "guests".

"What's going on (name)?"

"Law has a important phone call waiting for him, it's an emergency from his mother."

"Did she say what about?"

As Law gently took the phone from (name) hand as she shook her no in response, as Law began to talk to his mother.

"I was so close to a good questioning...oh well."

Rukia said as she rubbed her forehead in agitation, Ace, Luffy and Sabo soon joined in.

"What's going on, I thought we had more time."

"Law had to take an important phone call from his mother. I hope everything is ok."

(Name) responded back to Sabo as she gazed over Law who was in a deep conversation on the phone with his mother. Although what they were talking about (name) had no clue, seeing how he was so far away. 

Suddenly she was pulled out of her thoughts as someone hugged her waist.

"I'm sure he's fine, (name). Don't worry so much."

(Name) looked into Ace's brown eyes as he gave the best smile he could easing her troubled heart.

"You're right. Anyways great song you made up. I'm sure it'll be another hit."

"Ya th-think so? It just came to me."

Ace said as he blushed looking at the floor as though it was the greatest thing in the world. Sabo and Luffy were chuckling in the background as the sight of their once calm and collected older brother was now shy.

"Sure it did Ace."

Sabo said trying hold back his laughter, Rukia looked at the scene before her looking back and forth at the group.

"Something is going on and I'm gonna find out what. Oh Ace!"

Ace was then punched in the back by a smiling rukia, he had to rub his back in agony.

"Yes rukia?"

"I believe you owe me a chappy rabbit from our bet. So hand it over."

Ace sighed as he rubbed his head recalling the event.

"Can't, I don't have access to my money anymore. (Name) holds all the finances."

"Yeah, (name) give me seven hundred beli's I need to go buy some more meat."

Luffy said as he stretched out his hand in a "give me" manner.

"Yeah, and I need more equipment for the studio."

Sabo said as he too stretched out his hand.

"First off, the rule of the One Piece Music company handbook of the business manager is that I look after the health of all the musicians and singers. In other words luffy I was ordered by Shanks to cut down on your meat supply."

Luffy cried in a corner.

"Second, If you want the equipment updated in the studio. You have to ask Shanks again for permission. Last time you bought equipment In the studio Sabo you nearly burned down the company."

"How did you know that?!"

"Lastly, Ace. I'll give you the money so you can pay off  Ms.Rukia-"

"Actually I would rather Ace tell me how he came up with the inspiration for his song."

Ace face turned red again and looked at the floor trying to cover his face.

"Like I said...it just came to me."

"But it's about a girl...what girl?" 

"Yeah Ace, what girl."

Sabo and Luffy said in unison as Ace wanted to be a fly on the wall at that moment, Law had made his back over and had taken (name)'s hand.

"I'm leaving I can't be here."

"Has something happened?"

(Name) saw the saddened expression on Law's face, as her eyes gleamed with worry.

"Yes, it's my sister. I have to go see her."

"Of course, go right ahead. I hope everything is ok."

With that Law left the studio to see his sister, who needed him more than ever. With a sigh (name) wondered deeply in her heart if law was ok. Seeing as how he gave little to no information as what was going on.

"Really? Now I can only interview ASL? Oh well I understand. Law's sister means the world to him."

Rukia said as she looked at her tablet in her chair reading, Ace and Sabo leaned over to see what she reading.

"The-elemental-writer? I love her stories too!"

Sabo and Ace say in unison with a huge grin on their face, as rukia hid her tablet with blush on her face.

"Do you guys mind? Go back on stage or something."

"No meat? No meat?!"

Luffy grumbled in the corner still as (name) sighed at the sight in front of her.

The rest of the show resumed with out any trouble even if they did lose some viewers due to Law's absence, but neither less it was a great shoot.

Night had fallen and Law still hadn't contacted  (name) as her worries for some odd reason heightened, as she stood outside The One Music Company leaving for the day.

"Hey, you'll catch a cold."

(Name) turned around to see Ace with a small smile on his face, (name) returned his smile as the handsome man walked up to her. 

"I'm fine, it's just Law I'm still concerned with. He hasn't called or anything."

"...even I have to admit, that is unusual."

Ace's voice hinged with worry but not a lot seeing how law was his rival, although he did have a big heart.

"I'm sorry, this whole day I'm supposed to look after you yet here I am rattling on about Law-Do you know anything about his sister?"

"...I know her name is Lami. I also know Law's father is a doctor. The rest I don't know."

Suddenly gunshots fired in the streets making Ace and (name) duck for cover as the gunshots continued to fire. Soon after a cloud of smoke erupted choking (name) and Ace.

Ace coughed as his vision began to cloud and fade away, the only thing he remembered was a mysterious figure grabbing his crush into the cold night.

(Name) eyes fluttered open as she saw Law across from her chained to the wall, (name) eyes widened at the sight he had bruises on his handsome face.

"Law! Hey!"

Law opened his eyes as well to see his the one person he started developing feelings for.

"(Name)? What are you doing here?!"

"I don't know, I was talking with Ace. Then next thing I know I'm tied to a chair."

Law growled as he knew who was behind this kidnapping.

"I'm so sorry, this is my fault. I didn't think he would stoop this low. That bastard."

"What? Who? Law what's going on?"

"Pay-back. My dear (name)."

Law and (name) eyes widened as the steel door opened to see a very tall blond-haired, very lean and muscular man with tan skin. dressed in flamboyant clothes his animal theme, the flamingo, his clothes are brightly colored, with his hot pink feather coat most distinctly of all. Also sporting a pair of curved, thin white sunglasses.

"Who are you?"

"Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Doflamingo  Donquixote."

In a blink of an eye Law forgot about the song war, as he now had a dangerous enemy to face.

After all you can't sing if you're six feet under ground.
